Bahnen der Stadt Bonn
In this project, I've revamped the transit map for Bonn, the charming former capital of Germany. The current map encompasses an extensive region, including remote rural rail services. However, it doesn't focus on the Bonn Stadtbahn, an urban rail network connecting Bonn with nearby cities like Siegburg, Bad Godesberg, and Königswinter.
This new map highlights the Stadtbahn while still featuring regional and commuter rail lines within its operational range. Notable exceptions are the Cologne Bonn Airport and a few stops toward Siegen from Siegburg, both being popular destinations in the area.
The design, inspired by Cologne's circular transit map, stays true to the current map's style for easy adaptation by riders. If you appreciate this fresh take on Bonn's transit map, a thumbs up on Behance would be greatly valued.
